1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between users of the lc44 platform and its services ("User" or "you") and lc44 ("we", "our", "Platform"). Definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Your login credentials, password, and security codes must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the lc44 support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the lc44 platform is ৳300. This limit applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited and will be considered a serious violation of these terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, this timeframe may vary during peak hours or if additional verification is required.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be automatically converted to Taka and applicable conversion charges may apply.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular play activity, and decisions regarding tier changes are at the discretion of lc44.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Requirements to comply with regulatory authority directives

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your lc44 account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before closing your account. Any pending bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon account closure.

9 Limitation of Liability

The lc44 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. lc44 accepts no liability for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by your internet connection being disrupted
• Faults in third-party software or services
